Golden Dragon Pakistan Peshawar BRT Project Successfully Completed

       Peshawar has a very weak public transport infrastructure, which is not well developed and makes it extremely difficult for local residents to travel. In recent years, with the continuous promotion of China's Belt and Road Initiative, this situation is gradually improving. Behind this, Chinese manufacturing is the main force, Xiamen Golden Dragon is an important participant. In 2018, Golden Dragon Bus won the international public tender and became the sole vehicle supplier for the BRT project in Peshawar, Pakistan. This time, all 220 BRT vehicles are made of Golden Dragon plug-in hybrid buses, including two length sections of 12 meters and 18 meters, which will cover the whole modern transportation system of Peshawar and provide travel services for about 340,000 people every day. 

     The buses are equipped with heating and cooling air conditioning, full WI-FI, USB ports, barrier-free access, etc., providing local residents in Peshawar with a previously unimaginable and comfortable travel experience. the BRT has been warmly welcomed by the local people and has been operating at a high density since its opening. From 5:00 am to 12:00 pm, more than one hundred vehicles basically run more than 400 km per day each. After-sales service teams are arranged at the starting and ending stations in order to provide the necessary support at all times. When the buses are closed at night, they are then inspected and maintained daily overnight.
