Because the trackless passenger car is mainly driven in the underground mine tunnel, the vehicle safety has higher requirements than ordinary passenger cars. It should not only meet the requirements of GB7258 "conditions for safe operation of motor vehicles", but also meet the safety standard aq2070-2019 "technical requirements for safety of trackless passenger vehicles in metal and nonmetal underground mines" issued in 2019 .
1) Body Safety
The body structure adopts the cockpit cabin integrated carriage, the overall frame body structure, and the cage frame is covered with steel sheet skin. In order to reduce the risk of injury to personnel in the vehicle caused by falling rocks and rock impact in the underground mine tunnel, the vehicle body design has passed the rops&fops "engineering vehicle rollover and falling object protection device" inspection.
The carriage is equipped with the main driver door and the rear passenger door. The left and right sides are equipped with broken glass safety exits, which can quickly escape the carriage at critical moments.
2) Driving Safety
Trackless personnel carriers are vehicles used in the tunnel. The operating environment is worse than that of ordinary road sections. The air in the tunnel contains a large amount of metal dust, which will cause serious friction to the ordinary dry brake braking system and shorten the service life of the braking system. And the mine is generally dominated by slopes. The braking system is in a long-term working state during the use of vehicles, resulting in overheating of the braking system and brake failure. Therefore, this vehicle type is equipped with wet brakes according to the national requirements for trackless personnel carriers to ensure the braking effect of vehicles when driving in the tunnel
3) Waste Gas Treatment System
The environment in the mine is relatively closed, and the air contains dust particles, so the air quality is poor. In order to reduce the further pollution of vehicle exhaust emissions to the air in the tunnel, the trackless man car has designed an exhaust gas treatment system. The waste gas treatment system is composed of exhaust pipe, waste gas treatment tank and make-up water tank. The exhaust gas discharged from the diesel engine enters the exhaust gas treatment box from the exhaust pipe, and is discharged from the exhaust gas treatment box through the tailpipe after being cooled by the jacket type water washing. The function of the waste gas treatment tank is to further cool and wash the waste gas, remove soot and dissolve some harmful gases in the waste gas, so as to ensure the safety of exhaust gas. The make-up water tank regularly replenishes water to the waste gas treatment tank.
4) Cathodic Electrophoresis Of Car Body
Cathodic electrophoretic coating process of the whole vehicle: 720 degrees of penetration, uniform paint film, super salt spray resistance, humidity and heat resistance, suitable for changeable climate environment, and durable and beautiful car body. Strictly implement the gold brigade electrophoresis process standards to ensure that the quantitative process standards of core processes such as degreasing, phosphating, electrophoresis and drying are accurately implemented, so as to avoid rust and other incomplete electrophoresis phenomena of the whole vehicle after electrophoresis.

raise the chassis frame. The chassis components are raised as much as possible, and tires with larger outer diameter are used to improve the minimum ground clearance of the whole vehicle.
Engineering tyres 7.00-16, with strong carrying capacity and high reliability, are very suitable for complex and harsh road conditions in underground coal mines.
3. Protective Performance
The body structure is an integrated cabin of the cockpit and passenger compartment, an integral frame body structure, and a cage type skeleton covered with iron plate skin; Passed fops and ROPS testing.
The chassis frame adopts trough shaped curved girders and front and rear crash bumpers.
Fire fighting equipment:
The engine compartment is equipped with a 1kg pipe network fire extinguishing device (both automatic and manual control by the driver), and the vehicle is equipped with a 4kg fire extinguisher.
4. Convenient Maintenance
In front of the engine, the hatch cover can be opened upward as a whole. After opening, the whole engine compartment can be seen for maintenance.
